How do I make a purchase?

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard) or PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need to register for an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account.

Do you charge GST?

By law, we are required to charge GST on all orders. As we are a business to business webshop, supplying veterinary practises and implanters, all prices are shown exclusive of GST which is calculated on check out.


All deliveries within Australia are shipped via Australia Post or Toll at the following rates (you will have the option to select your rate when placing an order):

  • Standard Flat rate (All orders) — $18
  • Express (1-2 business days) — $45.00
  • Free of charge Subject to promotional terms at time of ordering

Export orders outside of Australia are subject to size, weight and delivery methods at time of shipping. Please email for options.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm AEST (excluding holidays) are usually despatched within 1 to 3 working days (Maximum 10 working days) under normal circumstances.
Urgent/Express orders can be shipped same day subject to availability. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will normally ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

How do I track my order?

Once your order is despatched, you’ll receive an email notification with the tracking information.
Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?

If outside Australia, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
